NEW MEMBER - LOOKING FOR FRECHIN FAMILY INFO - TOULON

I am hoping you can help, I am Darren , I come from Wales (Pays De Galles) and I am looking to track down my french relatives that we have lost touch with many years ago now.
I was hoping if anyone had any info or could tell me where I could look or who I could contact or if there are any websites that give names and current people living in the city of Toulon,I have been looking for a few years now and cannot find any trace of them which I find very odd,also I have nowhere to look to see if they have all passed I know eileen has and think maybe francoise has but am unsure I was hoping someone may know and could maybe tell me where else I could look or contact, I have some info below of their names and where they lived

for your information they are named below with the home address where they lived in 1985 when i visited.

315 Chemin De Moneiret,Valbertrand,83000

Christophe Frechin (son ) was 12/13 y.o at the time would be around 52/53 now
Francoise (mother)
Eileen (grandmother) who originally came from Ireland (drumshanbo ) has passed away but have no date

if anyone can help with anything with info or any places that give info or if I can find out if they have passed where would they be buried ,my info is below

Lorsque vous êtes sur le site Généachtimi, faire un clique sur Généalogie , dans les fenêtres d'accueil , puis clique sur -décès -,dans la case qui s'ouvre taper FRECHIN Françoise , dans la longue liste des FRECHIN , décédés ,on retrouve FRECHIN Françoise Julia Marie , probablement mère de Christophe , née à Toulon (83) le 10-1-1945, décédée le 06-06-2010, à La Seyne -sur Mer (83)

-Sur les AD 83, (Archives Départementale ) , la date de ° de Françoise est trop récente pour être en ligne (Loi des moins 100 ans en France ) .Part contre, vous pouvez demandez son acte de décès ,sur la commune de La Seyne -sur-Mer( 83) pour connaître ses parents , et son époux , où pas puisqu'il y à un fils

L'adresse que vous donnez à Valbertrand ( 83000 ) est proche de Toulon , ce qui laisse supposer , qu'il n'y habitez pas ,,,où plus

Jacky pointed you to the search tools for death (since 1970) on this site, I also use a lot matchid.io which has more advanced search patterns, e.g.

The French phone directory is

but more and more people opt out of the public directories to avod spam calls.

WOW !!......Im 100 % thats is her Laurent, you may be correct with the french name of it ,everything else matches up , is there anyway where a death certificate can be found or any other info with any details of her family members on it as there would only be her daughter francoise or grandson christophe
